GDIW ’24 launched: Calling for session hosts and exhibitors

The Ghana Digital Innovation Week (GDIW) 2024 organized by MGA Consulting Ghana LTD, launched in Accra at Fiesta Royale Hotel on June 14, with a call to action for Ghanaians to participate in the upcoming  events that will happen during the main event in October.

The Ghana Digital Innovation Week (GDIW) is an initiative of the Office of the Vice President of the Republic of Ghana, in partnership with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in Ghana, with the goal of igniting creative ideas and creating momentum towards a shared vision for the nation’s development.

GDIW is a nationwide series of events intended to draw attention to and celebrate noteworthy accomplishments in Ghana’s field of digital innovation. It provides a forum for different stakeholders to collaborate, share knowledge, and build networks that will propel the development of Ghana’s digital innovation ecosystem.

At the launch, notable speakers included Oliver Boachie, Senior Advisor to the Minister, MESTI, David Robert, Head of Projects at the Digital Transformation Centre, GIZ Ghana, Amma Lartey ,CEO of Impact Investing Ghana and Dr Samuel Antwi Gyekyi Director of The Research, Statistics, and Information Management Directorate (RSIM) Of MoCD.

The theme for GDIW 2024 , “Innovate Together: Collaborating for Digital Transformation”.
